A couple of hydro projects by John Birkby - painstakingly restored with the help of son, Robin. These old turbines were nurtured back into generating electricity.  Alltacfan largely for domestic use and Newcastle Emlyn's electricity for sale to the national grid through South Wales Electricity. Ownership of these amazing machines has since been passed onto others.
